CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AT WINSLETTE BRIGHTEN FOUNDATION
1.) PROGRAM MANAGER
Role: Oversee and Manage Specific Programs, Ensuring They Are Aligned With the Foundation’s Mission. Responsibilities Include Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Reporting of Program Activities.
Requirements: A Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a Related Field. Experience in Program Management and Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential.
2.) EDUCATION COORDINATOR
Role: Develop and Implement Educational Programs for Underprivileged Children. This Includes Curriculum Development, Teacher Training, and Student Assessment.
Requirements: A Background in Education or Teaching, With Experience in Curriculum Development and Working With Children From Diverse Backgrounds.
3.) HEALTHCARE OUTREACH OFFICER
Role: Coordinate Healthcare Initiatives, Including Organizing Medical Camps, Liaising With Healthcare Professionals, and Ensuring the Delivery of Medical Services to Underserved Communities.
Requirements: A Degree in Healthcare Management or a Related Field. Experience in Public Health or Community Health Programs Is Preferred.
4.) ANIMAL WELFARE COORDINATOR
Role: Manage Animal Welfare Programs, Including Rescue Operations, Shelter Management, and Advocacy for Animal Rights. The Role Involves Working Closely With Volunteers and Veterinarians.
Requirements: A Passion for Animal Welfare, With Experience in Animal Care, Shelter Management, or Related Fields.
5.) WOMEN EMPOWERMENT SPECIALIST
Role: Design and Implement Programs Aimed At Empowering Women Through Skills Training, Job Placement, and Financial Literacy. The Specialist Will Also Work on Advocacy and Policy Initiatives to Support Women’s Rights.
Requirements: A Background in Gender Studies, Social Work, or Community Development, With Experience in Women’s Empowerment Programs.
6.) FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Role: Lead Fundraising Efforts, Including Developing Fundraising Strategies, Writing Grant Proposals, and Building Relationships With Donors and Partners.
Requirements: Experience in Fundraising, Grant Writing, and Donor Relations. Strong Communication and Networking Skills Are Essential.
7.) COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER
Role:Oversee the Foundation’s Communications Strategy, Including Social Media, Public Relations, and Marketing Campaigns. The Role Involves Promoting the Foundation’s Work and Raising Awareness of Its Initiatives.
Requirements: A Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a Related Field. Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Public Relations Is Crucial.
8.) VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Role: Recruit, Train, and Manage Volunteers for Various Foundation Activities. The Coordinator Will Also Develop Volunteer Programs and Ensure a Positive Experience for All Volunteers.
Requirements: Strong Organizational and People Management Skills, With Experience in Volunteer Management or Human Resources.
